Due to the Prefontaine Memorial Run and the Family Fun Festival set Saturday in Coos Bay, the Red Line, which covers most of Coos Bay, will be impacted. From around 9 a.m. to noon, runners will be using Ocean Boulevard to participate in the Prefontaine Run. During that time, Red Line will not be able to make stops at Cascade Farm and Outdoors or Alder Acres. Once Ocean Boulevard is fully re-opened, we will resume those stops.
The Family Fun Festival will impact travel in downtown Coos Bay for much of the day. During the parade, which will run from roughly noon to 1:30 p.m., Red Line will not be able to stop at the Coos Bay Library. Once Anderson Avenue is re-opened, we will resume stops at the library.
